The NexPod® refillable capsules compatible with Nespresso can be bought from our online shop.
In Switzerland, payment is due 30 days from date of order. For those in foreign countries, NexPod® refillable capsules must be paid for in advance. We accept all leading credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers.
We send anywhere in the world by courier-post. Times depend on the place and means of delivery:
- Swiss Economy: up to 5 working days
- Swiss Priority: 2 working days
- Europe Economy: up to 20 working days
- Europe Priority: up to 10-15 working days
- Europe Urgent (with Tracking Number): up to 10 working days (RECOMMENDED)
- Other countries Priority: up to 4 weeks
- Other countries Urgent (with Tracking Number): up to 3-4 working weeks (RECOMMENDED)
We generally recommend “Urgent” delivery as it is possible to query the status of the order using the Tracking Number. If you choose “Economy” or “Priority” delivery options, it is not possible to track the order.
Delivery costs may vary from country to country, and depend on the quantity ordered. Precise delivery costs are calculated when placing an order with our online shop.
In Switzerland, VAT is applied to NexPod® refillable capsules, while abroad this is not done as import duty is applied at the time of delivery and varies from country to country. In this case they are for the purchaser’s account.
